i wonder, if i made an app such as google or another search engine that was almost exactly the same thing except it uses significantly less data (because we don't include all that tracker data), would anyone use it?

@GyroGearloose duckduckgo still takes a long time to load, i imagine very few lines of css, html and js

Idk if startpage is still around, but it's kind of a compromise between ddg and goog, it used to be faster than ddg
