Within next 3 days my Release date was set. I was to join a new company. My current fucking manager screwed things by postponing my release date because the new replacement they hired had not totally understood the project. Well, who the fuck told you to hire literally few days away from my release. My manager expects that the new resource learn everything I know. Fuck off man, I cannot spoon feed a person on everything.

I am not sure where you work. But where I live, once you gave notice period (2 months here) , you can just fuck off the boss after you served your notice period. By contract, they cannot do anything either.

Of course, burning the bridges is not a good thing, so it would be better if you can negotiate. If he is persisting and did it intentionally so you will be delayed to join new company, then generally can go just like what the contract says.
