Amazon's AWS support sent me an email about a request to support that I sent to billing, saying they sent it to billing. They then said they couldn't help.

I just need them to stop billing me for things I no longer use!

    Amazon: sorry, we can't help you - we don't know how ... we keep getting billed too.
    You: wait, don't you work there?
    Amazon: yes, and I don't know how to quit - please send help.
