Basically, I'm the Android dev, boss is the iOS dev. We were tasked to create an app per platform. I implemented the design to a T and boss did the absolute minimum. Once the client reviewed both apps they wanted the iOS version to mirror the Android version.

Now boss is pissed because I went "above and beyond what was needed", even though the client is now very happy.

This has happened to me recently. I wasn’t doing anything because I’d already finished everything that I could do at the time, and my boss told me off for standing around. He asked my manager to find me something to do, but he told him that I’d already done everything. I was let home early 😁
