growing up people kept trying to tell me how bad my childhood was but the thing is that it wasn't bad for me. they were just trying to make me feel bad for my childhood and I was a child, and too naive to know "any better". but that also meant I enjoyed every moment perfectly fine. I obviously resisted their whispers because wtf. nice for you and your tirade but I remember those childhood moments and I didn't dislike them, and the extra level of freedom I had led to a lot of things I did like and nobody else has ever experienced so I actually feel blessed even though everybody else oddly enough looks down on me!
