I shared public IP of a server to a fellow software engineer. He has ssh login access to that server.

He needs private IP of the same server to run some script.

He is asking me for private IP. Did he really graduate in computer science ?

BTW, his development machine is a Linux machine.

FML.

    He probably meant private ssh key... Anyway be nice, correct him, every one of us didn't know shit at one point...

    Many people in this community (IT/programming, not devRant lol) are pretty arrogant and forget that they once were beginners.

    It's a shame, really.
