@C0D4 I second Tutanota. It's based in Germany, offers encryption of course, is open source, etc.
There is a free plan and a premium one (12€/year) with aliases, filters, etc. Their mobile application is also available on F-Droid and doesn't require Google Services.

Using a temp mail to delete your account, I tried tempmail.org, it worked for me.
