@vane i've been having horrible luck with compiling source as of late. GMP just recently died because "oh these few ASM instructions don't exist on ARM!" when compiling cross-compile toolchains. Trying again on an x86 machine led to an infinite loop because Fedora's stock stuff is apparently broken.

Mencoder or something else. Ffmpeg is laced with patent infringements if your user base exceeds x.

Try kdiff3 ...

@Parzi kdiff3 is not an alternative, it's just installing at least as much as ffmpg
