@Mitiko open office draw/impress, inkscape.
Would avoid online powerpoint or google slides, since they tend to miss some settings and features which are kinda wanted for these tasks or just very useful.

@rEaL-jAsE It's "built in" and it doesn't need to have it. That's the idea - don't bloat the system if you don't need it. Like YAGNI

@rEaL-jAsE technicly, ubuntu comes with open office which includes draw. So there you go. That's your paint.
