Yea... being a uni student sucks, you basically have no weekends, no holidays, no free time... and you either study or sleep, there is no other activity that you can do unless you want to fail something... Now, I am glad that the state where I study just forced these holidays by forcing grocery stores to close and other fun stuff, if everything stayed normal I'm sure the uni would continue as usual. They were basically forced to give us holidays from 22.12. to 1.1. (we have lessons on the 2.1.-4.1. and then the exam period begins)

The fuck? North American here and I've never heard of any uni being open on Christmas
