apparently "cure for depression" posts are all clips of animals or babies that literally don't know any better that any trust they extend to someone will get them slapped and abused for dumb useless shit and any help they extend to someone will get them manipulated and exploited for their good graces

Maybe part of the cure is recognising that even if they are vulnerable, they are safe, and that even if one feels vulnerable, they can (and probably are atm) be safe too? Idk just thinkin.

Well, when i had a down time I watched a lot of videos about Finnegan fox from foxresque on YouTube. It actually helped. World so dark, foxes so bright.

But there is no cure for depression, maybe some friends who pull you of the couch and force you to do some fun things with them I guess.

A few positive days can make you think different. Sometimes all you need is a memory from what it feels like to be happy. When depressed, that's totally forgotten.

Before the doomers come: yes, really, a few happy days can change a lot. In my scenario I needed some external factors; # friends # family # trump # maga (ok, kidding about the last two).
