				Chances are high such thing is mentioned as prohibited in the contract of many. I know, because I have that shit in mine, as well as some other completely unrelated things for my position.

				On an unrelated subject, when a team doesn't have a large enough budget to do things properly, you can end up with all kinds of secrets and tokens that need to be rotated before they expire, otherwise things will break with unhelpful error messages, because there weren't enough resources to test everything thoroughly.
And the existence of these secrets and the procedure for rotating them won't be found in the documentation.
Resources.
Budget. -

D-4got10-01255021h@antigermanist > 'there's a thing caused plausible deniability.'
Sure, but dead man's switch would be hard to shrug off like that. Or, to put it another way, should be fairly easy to track. -

Lensflare2135818h@D-4got10-01 it’s funny to me that this is explicitly stated in your contract, as if it wouldn’t be illegal otherwise 😂 -

				@Lensflare Oh, yeah... I have a lot of garbage lawyer-speak text in there listing all kinds of malicious types of software that I am prohibited from deploying within the company. I'm certain I read about time bombs in there, as well.
Also, my contract is just terrible. A lot of other BS in there. -

"My clever reminder to eat an apple after a workout. Nothing to worry about. Just trust me, OK?"

				@Lensflare > '"No bombs"
"No assault rifles"'
Oh, good thing to know. I was thinking of bringing one of each of those items w/ me the next time I fly an airplane.

...wow... unbelievable that these need to be displayed to people. -

				@whimsical got a vet checkup a few days ago, she's 100% fine despite her 16 years of age. I'll give her a few supplements for the liver and she's gucci.

In a world where any shareholder can have your job cut away without warning, the freedom fighter is the man brave enough to place a dead man switch.
