My goal this year is to FINALLY dive headfirst into ai. Ant tips or good books?

Depending on what kind of AI you want to work with. Basically, be good with all kinds of math and statistics. Then you can start with youtube channels focusing on i.e. neural networks and tensorflow. There is this guy Siraj Raval, he does quite educative videos on yt.
