I need help dev 😐😐

I want to create an exam application in android studio the app will store every options the student selected from each question in a database which will be visible only to me when I mark it.

Much as there are people here who are happy to help, and won't give you the typical Stackoverflow treatment, you need to give us *something* to go on here. No-one's just going to write this for you then hand you a Github repo ready to go.

If you want to take a stab at writing it, put it on Github, then post with any specific problems you might have however, go ahead.
