I'm setting up an project at work. Takes me until now 2 days and there are dozens of undocumented things I couldn't know.

It's an total brainfuck of product. Most of it could be automated and be less error prone.

How can people do that? Don't they hate to do it too? I cannot understand why they didn't change anything there for years.

    3. To tired after going trough that process to improve something and it’s end of day ( I do it tomorrow - see point 1. )

    I can write all day.
    Yeah that sucks but somebody got to do it first. Doing something for the first time is almost never perfect.
