If you were to teach others a last thing before you die, what would you say?

Id tell my surroundings to use time efficiently. We only have like 800.000h, assuming that we become 100 yo. thats nothing.

Please dont make jokes, id really like this to be an informative thread

    I'd honestly would rather make some jokes and fun with the people around me, if I would still be able to.

    Why wait with important stuff for the deathbed?

    @tinram I try to keep the gods out of development. None of them I've met have been of much assistance with it!

    Not only is the Universe stranger than we think, it is stranger than we can think. (Heisenberg)

    Depends on who I'm talking to really. If it's my parents or my sister whom I despise, I'd tell them that I'm glad that I'll never have to see them again. If it's someone that I like, I'd ask them to not forget about me.

    But that isn't exactly wisdom.. as far as information goes, I could go on all day. Thing is, information is only as valuable as the receiver determines it to be. Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish, and he'll eat for all his life. So I'd probably tell them that they should always be curious. Nothing in life is magic, there's always some kind of technology that humans have built, or in case of natural processes at least they can try to understand. The curiosity that makes one try to understand the world around us is key.

    Process exited successfully. Bye 👋

    @irene please define "them"?

    @irene still too ambiguous 😐

    @irene oh, in that case.. why do I have them? Blood bonds, what else? I mean, it speaks for itself, doesn't it.
  • 0
    @irene they like me whenever they need something from me, but didn't piss on me back when I was on fire. It was a one-way street. And that was fine with me (because "family") but a lot of things happened which made me realize that they're not even afraid of lying about things to make them look better. Fuck those people. Unconditional love, sure. Family, sure. But people who abuse that bond, they can go fuck themselves.

    That's about as in-depth as I'm willing to go into that on a public forum like this.
