My colleague actually uses multiple email addresses that has different purposes. E.g. one email for travels, one email for work, one email for family, one email for other projects, one email for payments, etc.

I've yet to show him how emails nowadays can help label and sort them by nature.

You should always keep work and personal email separate.

Its probably more to do with avoiding funneling all that spam into one account

I have an email address I just use for all things where I expect my details are being sold to spammers

@simpleJack me too but when you have each email for different parts of work, it tends to get outta hand. One for admin, one for sales, one for management, etc.

I've been there as a one-man startup lol
