Both. Now Everything should enter in the added value your company gives you ( space, culture, hierarchy, team, technologies, etc)

Learn from my father. When he was 18 he chose a job as a trucker (they made hella money back then), instead of getting an education. While he was extremely happy back then, now he wakes up every day and dreads going to work.
Point is: As long as you can make enough money to get by, go for the job you like, money is definitely not everything -
My main factor in whether I take a job is if it can support my daily habits of breakfast, lunch and dinner
At my age, the money is far more important than the job. And a couple of times that's resulted in being paid far too well to leave a disaster but leave anyway I did. Off the scale, some fucking places
