@Jilano i need a vacation of at least 6 months so i can spiritually, mentally and physically recover

during winter i studied and worked
during summer while everyone else were out on vacation enjoying life i was wasting my life off studying and working

i realized there is no end to this so i need vacation because the studying and work that i do right now is extremely unproductive and always unsuccessful

@SukMikeHok then do it, take that break, go on that vacation. Things are not gonna change if you just sit there waiting for them to happen.
You have to take action. Only you can make the change you need.
Do it. One step at a time, do it.

But honestly, if it's gotten too far, just leave, quit anything you do, take your time to recover. Words from own xp, sometimes it's even hard to plan your recovery, you just have to start.
