Why can't @dfox add mentioning from rants and a favorite button on the list of rants?

I favorite too many rants...

We haven't integrated mentioning people in rants because we don't really want to encourage it a lot, to be honest. It generally pollutes the feed and might not make sense to many users seeing someone tagged in a rant itself.

As for a favorite button on the main feed, I think that could be good.
