@dfox love your work. Have an enhancement request for IOS app badge counter: tapping on notification symbol in top right corner to view +1's should be the action to clear the badge counter for +1's, not the action of tapping on individual +1's (there's nothing to read when tapping on them)

Yeah, that's fair, but if the notification us just a "@john +1'd your rant", then there's no value in tapping that to read it, coz tapping it just takes you to your rant. The notification that someone +1'd your rant doesn't have any additional value other than the notification itself. (Unless I'm making a jackass of myself and I'm missing something)

When you open the notifs page, you can use the clear button to remove the counter

It's definitely something we can think about changing. We do have clear all, but I see your point.

So, here's a fun fact I've just learned: the 'clear' button only appears in the top right corner of the iOS app if there are enough notifs to fill the screen
Couldn't see it there before when there wasn't enough.
Plus, @leviathan07, great point: if you have multiple rants out there, yes, thats when it indeed makes sense to want to tap on the +1's to see which rant was worthy. Hadn't considered that.
