my lazy ass is too tired to get up at 3am to work a mind-numbing job...

    The disposable employee model actually mandates schizophrenic and/or semi-random shifts, in length per shift, hours per week, and daily schedule.

    So you could work till 11pm one night, and then be working 8am the next day for four hours, or work a double the same day.

    It's a despicable set of practices.

    @Wisecrack thank god it's not that bad (though some companies over here have equally shitty shift schedules)

    And I'm not working in shifts anymore, thought I might mention that ^^

    All I've ever worked in my teens and 20s is shifts like that and contracts.
