I'm overloading my brain with information crap everyday. I consume too much content such as reading blogs on dev.to, medium.freecodecamp.com, and simpleprogrammer.com. I have a fear of missing out on information. Whenever I discover some topic from something I've read, I keep searching to find relevant content. It's a rabbit hole!

On YouTube, whenever I discover a channel that I like because of that one good video that provided value to me, I subscribe and aim to watch all their videos. I had to download a Mark Watched YouTube Videos script from Greasyfork so I could filter them out properly and to fix this obsessive addiction.

What disorder is this? Have you been through this? How did you fix your life?

Slow down. There's a lot to learn/do and you need to take it all step by step. Your way isn't really sustainable in general, you will burnout on topics fairly fast.

Again, in general. Some people actually operate fine this way.

Man, I do the same thing. I buy SO many books because I find topics that interest me and reeeally wanna master them. And then I end up reading like the first chapter and move on to the next thing. I feel like I can’t just calm down and focus on one thing all the way through... 😩

    Been there, done that.
I had to stop because the retention of information was becoming really bad.
Now I just limit myself from this mania
