After 8 years in software development field,i still google for simple date time error

So? After 23 years of C++ I still learn something new every other day, look up stdc++ stuff up in man pages and google for stuff I think my idea to solve isn't quite optimal enough.

If I learn something new the day before I retire, it will have been my idea of a perfect work life!

Time will remain a pain in the ass always doesn´t it? What might be the solution? Universal time?
