How to answer questions like "what do you do as hobbies?" when I don't actually have any hobbies?

I make stuff up that I used to like at some point in my past..

I just say video games, regardless of how long ago it is I last played anything. It's always a safe bet 🙃

"to be honest, I don't have anything people would consider a hobby. I work, and when I come home, I pull down my pants and watch some TV or play some video games"

"Actually, my biggest hobby is programming, I love it so much that I made it my career".
