Apparently the bosses at the company I *finally* left really want war.

    @2erXre5 they paid only the salary and "forgot" about the extra deal we had. They owe me a lot of money and some documents.

    @darthkebab that's fucked up, sorry to hear

    @2erXre5 nothing to worry about. The law is pretty clear. Already talked to a lawyer to clarify further steps.

    The company I finally left also refuses to pay. It's spelled out in my contract, too, so the lawsuit would be a trivial case.

    But they're currently out of money and seeking investors. So either they secure funding and pay me my $5k, or they die. Either way I'm happy.

    @Root that sucks even more. Bankruptcy and a ltd, hahahaha.
    In any case I, too, see no future for my former employer. Every 2-3 years entire teams run away. Massive technical debt. Massive customer dissatisfaction. Massive employee dissatisfaction. But the bosses diversified their assets in estates and offshore companies, and having a limited, they don't have to fear for their property. Assholes. Clever assholes.

    @Root I’m out $75k in the exact situation. This debt will never leave them until the day they die. Or pay it in full..whichever comes first. Getting blood out of a mismanaged stone is fucked though.

    @badcopnodonuts Fucking hell, $75k?
    How did you manage that one? Enlighten me so I may never repeat it. Ouch.
