@devTea I is a Ramen egg i make them :
1.put eggs in cold water turn heat to high cook 10 min only.
2. peel place in Dashi stock with udonbroth mirin, ricewine, soysauce and water. for 12hrs in refrig.

keeps good for (3 days) inside should be yolk should gooey.

@rendezvous No, I am in the US. luckly we have a large Asian community where I live, because I LOVE Japanese, Korean, Chinese food. it is about all I cook these days.

@electrineer Yes I love paint for super quick and accurate resizing of pictures. got to Resize--> pixels and done in 3 sec. just saying, but that is about all I use it for.
