An issue with the USB Type-C in Windows 10 version 1809. If a user connects a USB Type-C device ( including chargers ) during the shutdown or sleep process, it can cause a 60 second delay in the system sleep or shutdown process. Normal functioning of the device is not affected. Its updated to 1903.
