What is better? Stable but boring company(currently working here) or risky but intressting job(small company can fail or grow).
If the company grows the pay can get a lot higher then the current job offers.

I'm struggling with this question for couple of days please help fellow devs.

It depends on your tolerant for risk and what makes you happy. Weigh the pluses and minuses of each. You will know which is for you. Let us know the outcome.

Stable and bug always suck. You end up doing the same thing every day based on someone else processes. On new projects is always on your rules.

Depends on what you want to grow as and your answer to the mundane question "where you want to be in 5 years". If you are clear about that, clear about your strengths and goals you probably would already have your answer by that time 😀

Personally if something doesn't make feel you better it is detrimental too both the parties.
