@dfox when will the feature of blocking users and blocking spamvotes be introduced. Im getting really annoyed by it every single time 30+ upvotes are given to my rants within a minute...

Its both ruining my overview of notifs and ruining the meaning of upvotes.

@dfox some people like to spam ++ on a certain persons rants. Once in a while I get spammed in my notifs (think in numbers of 40++ on my rants within a minute by a single person).

After stating you dont like it multiple people start doing the exact same thing just to be funny...

+1 for blocking, atleast ignoring. Just something like hide this guys rants and comments

First time I've seen somebody whining about getting likes. Just confirms that no matter what you do some people will never be happy..

@C0D4 don't see any reason to get that upset about it though. Could just tell the person who did it "hey I don't appreciate that" and that'd probably be the end of it. Instead of getting angry, which only encourages more people to do the same. Also I don't get the argument that it messed up their notifs and they might miss out on mentions, as the notifs are categorized 🤔 ah well, to each their own. I for one just smile and clear my notifs when it happens to me. I've done the same to others in the past, hope they didn't get their panties in a twist over it.

@Elyz that mentions tab is a life saver when you do get on the receiving end of the spam train.

I guess not everyone enjoys a madly buzzing, dinging phone for a brief moment...
ok my example before was a bit on the extravagant side of things...
but it's usually only a few minutes worth.

@Elyz ive said it multiple times nicely, when that doesnt work I put it in my profile, something everyone who spams sees. And if that doesnt work then yes I will play the blame game.

Ive missed relatively important mentions because of it in the past. And I dont mind a ++ once in a while, but only when they are sincere.

@C0D4 I didn't know you could get notifications on your phone for every ++.. Mine only gets them for mentions, and that seems to be the default setting, as I didn't touch anything. Ah well..
