You speak out of my soul. Fuck this shit. I live in Switzlerand and talent means nothing here. Only which Swiss Certificate you got or how long you studied.

Im always told by coworkers how am I so talented or know a lot of things. At the end of the day, they get paid much more than me and know batshit.

Switzerland is shit in that regard and I also started this summer college, just for the certificate 😓

Even my boss told me to get a Swiss IT Tecnician Certificate, because he doesnt value my international one, which demands a lot more knowledge.

@alexbrooklyn "???" why "???", what do you mean by "???" and "profit" comes with success, or not. It's not about the profit. If you shape your life based on the profit you make, instead of aiming for a profit goal, then you will live far more relaxed ;)

@MoboTheHobo Well, get a swiss one then, or just move away. But I feel you, over here (germany) people rely on papers, too. Luckily sometimes you encounter people that don't give a single F* about your papers and just value what you do. <3
