Also I'll ask about it to my neighbor, he's also a technical type and is dealing with spine issues as well.. maybe he can give some tips about it that don't involve quack science and things like that... Apparently people recommending quackery is a big issue for him anyway.

cursee165955yLast year I had an elbow pain. I bought a good chair. And try to b careful with my posture and did exercise regularly. But then the pain gone for few months and I returned back to my lazy life.
I took my second job this year and I couldn't stay at my ergonomic chair a lot of time. I had to carry my laptop in the backpack everyday and change between the offices. The chair and desk setup at the second job is definitely not ergonomic.
I didn't think my feet is related to this pain. But you guys are probably right, I have been wearing not-so-comfy slippers for few months.
The pain is reduced a bit today. Guess the medicine and plaster helped. I also tried my best to do the attached exercise.
The problem lies neither at the uncomfortable shoes nor chair-desk setup. I have learned that the root cause is the lazy to exercise, don't give a crap to own body, me. âšī¸ I don't know how to fix that. I have spent 3 decades in that unhealthy lifestyle.
