@hardfault They came out pretty easy. They had to drill one a little bit but they were all intact (they let me take them home for some reason). I was off work for 3 days, after that had a little swelling but after a week or so I dont even notice they took them out (except for the holes on my mouth)

I got all four positioned perfectly BUUUUUT my jawbone is too small to accommodate them all and it makes my jaw click weirdly every time I close my mouth. Also it’s painful to keep my mouth widely open and I really need that sometimes (don’t ask). So I’ll be removing all four under general anesthesia

Eh. You'll be fine after a week. You'll have to remove the other three in the next 10-20 years, because of pushing other teeth and trying to fill the gaps, but that's another time's issue so don't worry about it. And none of those would be this bad. Usually you're fine for eating after a few days.
