    pft just sorta marketing

@LOLjustCoding and that's why it sucks. I'm all for progressive and stuff, but Native app does feel better if you don't have to depend on the web view component

I really hope they don't retire the main app in favour of "Go" style apps

@asgs I guess that's because it's something new, might improve over time

@asgs Go apps are web view versions of the "real" app because it's apparently lighter than the native app. That's why they're only available on low end phones.

@olback I bet they're are terribly slow apps.

@LOLjustCoding no, it is not because they are new. It is because they want it to be lightweight, meaning dummy

@olback yes and that's why I'm not going to use them. I assumed they would be the lite equivalents of Twitter and FB, but it sucked like how LinkedIn's lite app did

PWAs won’t grow really big as long they aren’t fully supported on iOS as well.

They’re definitely becoming better and once OS makers figure out hot to safely allow access to more phone features it’ll be great. Main issue is people not knowing how to implement them properly for a great end user experience much like the QR code issue in the early days.

They're all right. I can hardly see them becoming as popular as native apps though.
