@Jilano No, we don't have to sign anything also because of this reason one Dev have already left.
At some point they restricted for 10hrs(1hr break) as people were not completing 8hrs but it made 2 devs resign so they changed again.
They set timing too flexible like you can come at any time before specific mentioned time and leave after completing 8hrs. But few people abused the hell out of it. Literally like come at 3-4PM leave at 11-12PM.
Now it's fixed, come at specific time and leave at specific time. Now let's see when they change this lol. -
