I try to stay in under 2 "I'll kill you" per day.

I don't think there's a universal unit of measurement for dev.

Can't use lines per hour
(Lines lengths are not fixed)

Can't use variables (again, not fixed)

Can't use "oh shit" or "someone kill this guy" or even "god damnit, wtf did you do wrong now!"
- these can occur on a per minute or hourly schedule.

Coffee per hour... well that's dependent on the codebase and day.
