!rant

Apparently everyone else has some sort of inanimate object they use for debugging. Am I the only dev that just using all the other voices in my head for a souding board?

@digital216 the last few days a lot of people have been posting "!rant" for rants, they don't understand but just copy it from others. This one is a little confusing.

I mean, just about any language a '!' before something means "not", !rant = "not rant". I've always taken it as that, and used it as that. If someone has a different explanation, interpretation of it, I'm all ears

@digital216 yes, that's how I see it too, but in addition, whenever I see "!rant", I expect a positive post, since, in my head at least, "!rant" = "not rant" =something positive happened.

@digital216 I guess your post is neither a rant nor something positive hehe.

I usually use my colleagues "hey, guy, come here, please... I'm having trouble here..." and then he start to be used as an inanimate buddy helping my debug... How can I count it (animated or inanimated)?
