* better resource management control

it's still lacking the perfect community tho

What's the perfect community?

I find the community quite helpful. Google just made it a pain to contribute to the official libraries.

I have more problems with rust. For example macros, i just dont understand whats the difference from a function and a macro in rust and why the whole type needs to exist.
