Wow, as far as I know, Cheat Engine never recommended me this "software" (with an abnormally big size for a "software")

The point of the rant is that CE installer recommends you to install a game, which makes no sense since usually game producers want no cheats in their online games, so why the Fuck their game is advertised in a cheat engine?

@ezbie That's most likely just a background image or an ad that generates money for the guy who wrote the cheats.

Or you don't have an official installer, therefore this "install cheat engine" stuff.

@KeyWeeUsr no, yeah. Of course it is an ad that generates money to DarkByte (cheat engine's sole creator and coder).

And the installer is official. It could be that the ad is automatically generated, but I checked several times, the ad is always the same, which makes me thing it was hard coded into the installer.

@ezbie Don't have a clue what installer do you have, but I had to install through GameLoft or how is it called, something like Battle.net client.

@ezbie Oh, sorry, GameForge. It's something like a Battle.net cient for Aion(5.1) directly installed from their website.

In fact, I was playing Warcraft III on wine when I came up with the idea of cheating that game. That's why I downloaded Cheat Engine in the first place.

Unfortunately, Blizzard programmers are experts, I couldn't make any use of Cheat Engine with that game, memory adresses are generaly encrypted.
