Now I am a matured developer, I always check for semicolons first if I get any error.

Not long ago, user support collegue told me about the last customer DB ajustment he had done. It was a simple sql update query, but with a semicolon in the where clause causing it to silently fail (all records in the table were updated). How he managed to do that, I honestly have no idea.

@RememberMe Do you think that one day, he'll get reincarnated in a body with a functional enough brain to post in the correct category? According to his posts' history, I'm not so confident.

I know the feeling. I literally scratched my head for 2 seconds at one point last week before my IDE clearly pointed out my omission.
