    I don't want to come off bad, but the response time of your chatbot sucks big time.
    I've some years of experience with chatbots and I would like to give you an advice.

    If your bot is going to reply the same speed it is replying right now, send a "..." message. Or make the user believe that the bot is currently typing in something. That will lower the tension.

    @kescherRant it is the demo chat bot's number which also happens to be the developer's number. That is, I messaged both of them at the same time.

    It is quite useless now that you can not customize the code. Is it possible to let it call the customers web api to produce a response or call it with the raw string received by the bot?

    But you can customize from our dashboard.

    tip/recommendation: you should definitely rework the website texts. I am not a native english speaker but I can tell that they are badly written (grammar-wise) leaving behind a very unprofessional impression to me.
