Wtf? What kind of user agent header is that? Why don't you go ahead and insert my fucking social security number in there, Android? According to amiunique, this is literally a unique header ON ITS OWN.

    umm.. what's wrong?

@netikras The agent header contains a lot of junk. My biggest concern is why it contains the fucking build numbers, when the first few parts of the version would be enough for every meaningful versioning system.

@Lor-inc Because a company could claim that this information contains no private data while still making "connection" in its internal database.

I didn't know this website, though, so thanks for the link

A session cookie doesn't contain private data either, yet I don't want every damn website and CDN to create one.

@Lor-inc @Jilano Perfect example of Lawful Evil. This perfectly complies with privacy laws while spitting in their face.

I guess that the code that generates the custom header of the app is is buggy af

@devapsarl It's either chrome or android.

Then again, this uniqueness percentage is probably based on the ones amiunique.org has seen, and not all the agents ever. It's easier to be unique in a small data sample.
If only we had access to Google/Facebook/Amazon's datasets...
