    I used to answer managers at home. I.. Was very quickly exploited for this, with messages being sent at as late as 11pm.

    Suffice to say, I say this a lot too now. :/

    @HitWRight He isn’t really required to stay/work, but he is. If you know what I mean? Needless to say we were all still working 🤷🏾‍♂️

    @TYML yeah I get it, but we have a saying here "work is not a wolf, if won't run off to the forest" which basically means unless overtime is paid, the work can wait.
