I have one myself, the one with 970m and i7 4720HQ. Installed 24gb of ram and a 960gb hyper x savage ssd :D

But tbh after 7-8 months usage, i miss the portability.

Had the money so why not. I restricted my swap to 400 MB so basically almost everything runs in ram. I only managed to get to about 17GB of commit charge in Windows at most, ever (Adobe premiere eats 13GB of ram, commited, for example) I also run an Ubuntu server vm for development at home

I also got 24 GB but i aint no designer. I run my IDE at 0.24 % ram All Day.

Im also getting a mac today. Working is proving to be quite hard on this monster. Need to seperate business from pleasure:p
