Yes why to do that, non IT person will know how to make e.g smallpdf on web

if connected to the internet, you can script it online using ph, or use a third party API offered by an online service. that way asynchronously youll send the files for conversion and return the result PDF! but then again, your system may be a local software not necessarily utilizing the internet... just a hunch
