Yes mate

Buy esp32 or esp8266 if you want some fun. You can also run it through arduino(ish) ide.
Its much jucier than arduino.
And has on Board Wi-Fi with rtos support if that's your thing.
And it costs equal or less than arduino.
(Got mine for like 3$ but I had to build dev board myself )

Keyboard! And with the change, get an esp8266 😄

Buy a phantom pcb and make your own keyboard with cherry switches, and an arduino of course. I have a mega and currently I'm designing a custom shield for it to be used in my robot car project 😀

You won't regret the arduino. It's fun.
