    I know it's super cliché and you're probably going to brush it off, but stay positive. I remember hearing a story about an old man whose only response to things was "maybe", because it's impossible to know how the circumstances of today will impact things in the future. Hindsight is always 20/20, but you are perpetually blind in the present. The story was along the lines of:

    Kid breaks a leg - "that's so horrible!" Maybe.
    The draft happens, kid avoids the draft - "that's really lucky!"

    Stuff like that. Shit happens. I've found that what goes around comes around. You'll get yours.
