Nice! I'd recommend you fix the margins and paddings of the elements. The logo on the top left is too close to the border. The elements in the left panel aren't centered and are closer to the top border than they are to the left border.

Generally, "boxing" elements inside borders tends to clutter the interface, try removing those borders, it'll look way cleaner and you won't loose functionality. If stuff looks too out of context you can add some titles to different sections (like you did in "calculation settings").

The big logo on the right panel is stretched, try to get it to 1:1 aspect ratio.

Other than those things it looks pretty good.
