@ArcaneEye Its a line from this book. :) It is so crazy at work that the only time you have to yourself, is during the commute.

Unfortunately I can totally relate to that topic of the book. Not 80 hours, but a loooot of overtime. And with COVID-19 while working at home it is a real pain!

Only time that's ever come close for me was on military deployment...

I'm normally not pro-union, but if pretty much all employers in your country/region expect these kinds of things... time to create a union and go on strike.
