Need a machine for coding. Windows isn't cutting it anymore, I need a Mac. Come on Apple, drop those damn prices!

    Why anymore for Windows? Since the new Linux bash it's better than ever, imo ^^.

    But yeah If you want macos and can't afford a Mac, maybe an hackintosh could suit your needs?

    Go Linux while you're waiting. Much cheaper. If it's the Mac look and feel that you're after, try elementary OS. Didn't like it myself after trying, but feels very much like a macOS.

    Linux was an option but I'm tired struggling to get decent font rendering in IntelliJ. Also, I wouldn't want to have to buy yet another machine when comes the time for me to start working on iOS apps...

    @Zeptinune never said Windows was crap, bro. Was just saying doing some things on Windows are more of a hassle than doing them on the OS they were intended for.

    Definitive fix (more workaround actually) for this as soon as I have access to my computer
